Terms of Service

Welcome to Elestri. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Elestri provides home reset services including cleaning, tidying, laundry folding, dish handling, and bed making. We bring all supplies and equipment. Services are provided in the 92130 ZIP code only.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A $25 refundable deposit is required to reserve your slot.
  • The remaining balance is charged to your card 24 hours before your scheduled service.
  • For recurring services, your card is charged 24 hours before each scheduled visit.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 24+ hours before service: Full refund.
  • Cancel within 24 hours of service: Non-refundable.
  • No-show (no cancellation, no access): Non-refundable.

For recurring services, this policy applies to each individual visit.

4. Access & Security

You are responsible for providing accurate access instructions, alarm codes, and parking information. If we cannot access your home at the scheduled time due to incorrect information, the visit is considered a no-show.

We treat all access information as confidential.

5. Pets

Please inform us of any pets in the home. We are not responsible for pets that escape due to doors being opened during service.

6. Liability

Elestri takes reasonable care with your belongings. However:

  • We are not liable for damage to items that are already fragile, broken, or improperly stored.
  • We are not liable for color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to laundry items. A waiver is required for laundry services.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Please remove or secure valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before your service.

7. What We Do Not Do

Elestri does not provide:

  • Vacation rental or Airbnb turnover services
  • Commercial or office cleaning
  • Exterior window cleaning
  • Repairs or maintenance
  • Pet care or childcare
  • Moving or heavy lifting

8. Service Area

Services are provided exclusively in ZIP code 92130 (Carmel Valley, San Diego).

9. Condition of Home & Pricing

Elestri's pricing is based on a typical lived-in home in reasonable condition. By booking, you represent that your home is in a condition consistent with normal everyday use.

If upon arrival the home condition is significantly different from what was described or reasonably expected — including but not limited to excessive clutter, hoarding conditions, biohazard materials, active pest infestations, or conditions that present a health or safety risk — Elestri reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule the visit to allow adequate preparation time, with no penalty to the client
  • Adjust pricing to reflect the additional time and effort required, with your approval before proceeding
  • Decline service entirely with a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit

Elestri will communicate with you before taking any of these steps. Pricing adjustments will only proceed with your explicit consent. If you decline an adjusted price, service will not be performed and a full refund will be issued.

10. Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through arbitration in San Diego County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
